Dan has been an investment advisor for 35 years. He was a real estate lender for many years. Then realizing that the quality of homes he was investing in was important to him, he felt he could control the entire process by being the contractor as well. Learning from some of the best builders, Dan teamed up with one of them and began Oakmont.
