  • When can I reserve my homesite?

    We are currently taking reservations for both Phase 1 Release 1 and Phase 2. 

  • When will building start?

    Building is currently in process for both Phase 1 Release 1 and Phase 2.

  • When will homes be completed?

    The first homes are estimated to be completed as early as Summer 2021.

  • Are there different phases planned? If so, how many?

    There are two phases for this community. 

    Phase 1 contains a total of three releases, whereas Phase 2 is entirely available

  • Who are the builders?

    Star River Ranch has a closed builder team.

  • How many homesites are available?

    There are 97 lots available in Phase 1 and 24 lots available in Phase 2. 

  • Are the 6 large estate lots available?

    Please contact the Star River Ranch sales team for more information on these Estate Lots.
