A Legacy of Loyalty.
Win Hedrick was born in in 1923 in Boise, Idaho. After serving in World War II, Win returned to Boise to start Town & Country Reality along with raising his son, Scott and daughter, Jan. It wasn’t long until the Hedrick name was well rooted and deeply respected throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas.
In time, Win saw the need for a commercial construction company as the area slowly started to expand. The hidden Gem State he loved so much had been discovered and between real estate and construction, Win poised himself for the need growth brings.
Let’s fast forward a few years. Win is handing the reigns of the company over to his son and, in 1985, the company we know as Scott Hedrick Construction, Inc. Where Win was more adept at real estate, Scott emerged aggressive and passionate for the valley’s commercial construction needs. His first solo success, a bank, gave him even more drive as he took the company from a small operation to the thriving and established company and undertook the staggering $51M project we all know as Tamarack.
Our legacy is the Hedrick name, the loyalty of friends, employees and clients and the people who have made themselves part of the Hedrick Construction family.
